Where do we go from here?

I have had some inquiries about the future of this web site. Mayfair 61 will remain on-line as long as there seems to be an interest.

The photos from the 30th, 40th, 45th and 5oth Reunions are on site. If you have taken photos that you think people would like to see, email them to and I'll post them. The first photos that were posted were kept small... it was another time and so many were on dail-up. If you have any of the elementary class photos and would like to scan them and send them to me, I would gladly replace the ones on site. Beyond that, I'm not sure where this site is going. I am definitely open to suggestions.

Because of involvement of the Classes of '62, '63 and '64 in the 45th Reunion, I have added information about these classes... limited to what has been sent to me. If anyone from these classes or others would like to add something to the site, let me know and I'll be happy to consider adding it.

When Mayfair61 was first posted, we had a bulletin board. To those who wonder what happened to it... It really never moved beyond a conversation between a few individuals and was often spammed. Eventually, one of these spam entries corrupted the board and it was removed.

Music on the site: I rarely get feedback about the site (almost never), so I don't know what anyone feels about the music. If you don't like it, turn down the sound until you leave the site.

These Reunions come about because someone steps up to make it happen. It is a lot of work and we have been lucky to have people like Phil Burney, Chic Wickwire, Sandee Pope and Gary Nance to organize them. As of January 2012, I have not had any notification of plans for the the 55th Reunion, but will post them when news is available.
